Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Core Stage LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Core Stage", "we", "us"). They govern your use of corestage.us, its apps, and all related services (the "Platform").

By creating an account, registering for a match, buying a membership, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Core Stage is — and is not

Core Stage is a software platform only. We provide tools that let independent match organizers publish and manage shooting-sports matches, sell entries and memberships, organize squads, and record scores, and that let shooters find, register for and follow those matches.

Core Stage does not organize, host, operate, supervise, sponsor or insure any match, range, club, event or membership program. We do not own or control any range or venue, we do not employ organizers, Range Officers or shooters, and we do not train, certify, vet or supervise anyone who uses the Platform.

Every match, membership, rule, price, squad, schedule, safety procedure and decision is the sole responsibility of the organizer who offers it. Any agreement for a match entry or membership is between you and that organizer. Core Stage is not a party to it.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. A minor may only be registered for a match by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms and the match waiver on the minor's behalf and takes full responsibility for the minor.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Your responsibility for your conduct

You are solely responsible for your own actions, both on the Platform and at any match, range or event you find or join through it. This includes the safe handling, transport, storage and use of firearms and ammunition, and compliance with all federal, state and local laws.

You must read, understand and accept each organizer's waiver, match rules and range safety rules before participating, and follow every instruction from Range Officers and match staff.

Core Stage is not responsible or liable for anything any user does or fails to do, including the acts or omissions of organizers, shooters, Range Officers, spectators, clubs, ranges or any other third party.

5. Organizers' responsibilities

If you publish a match or sell memberships, you are solely responsible for them: accurate listings, lawful operation, safety, permits, insurance, waivers, staffing, prices, taxes, refunds and cancellation rules, fulfilling what you sell, and resolving disputes with shooters and members.

You represent that you have every right, licence and permission needed to run your matches and programs, and that your waivers and rules comply with applicable law. Waiver templates on the Platform are provided as a convenience only, are not legal advice, and must be reviewed by your own counsel.

6. Payments, fees, refunds and memberships

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Core Stage facilitates payment on behalf of organizers and is not the seller of any match entry or membership.

Shooter accounts are free. Organizer plans and Platform service fees are shown before you pay. Platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Refunds and cancellations follow the organizer's cancellation rules shown on the match page before you pay, and are the organizer's responsibility. Memberships are sold by the organizer, last for the term shown at purchase, and the benefits are provided by the organizer, not Core Stage.

Payouts to organizers are subject to holds for refunds, chargebacks and disputes. Organizers are responsible for any chargeback, refund or payment reversal on their sales.

7. Content and data

You keep ownership of the content you post (scores, photos, stage descriptions, text). You grant Core Stage a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the Platform.

You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing or unsafe. We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Scores, rankings, classifications and results are entered by users and organizers. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Official results are the organizer's responsibility.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. We never sell your personal data. Gun vault records are private to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: create fake or duplicate accounts; use bots, scripts or scraping; interfere with or attempt to breach the Platform's security; access other users' data; resell or misuse match spots; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including any unlawful sale or transfer of firearms or ammunition.

9. Assumption of risk

Shooting sports are inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury, death and property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks connected with any match, range, event or activity you find, join, organize or attend through the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant or endorse any organizer, match, range, membership, user or content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core Stage LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors and agents are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Platform, any match or membership, or the conduct of any user or third party, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the Platform fees you paid to Core Stage in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $100.

12. Release and indemnity

You release Core Stage LLC from all claims, demands and damages arising out of disputes with organizers, other users or third parties, and out of any match, range, event or membership.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Core Stage LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and attorneys' fees arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your matches or memberships, your conduct, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate any account, listing or access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or to protect users or the Platform. Sections 2, 4, 5, 6 (as to amounts owed), 7, and 9 through 15 survive termination.

14. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute with Core Stage will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action.

15. General

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date above and may ask you to accept the new version; continuing to use the Platform means you accept it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any match-specific waiver are the entire agreement between you and Core Stage regarding the Platform.
