Cross-match rating

Meet Core Score.
One number. Every match. Every discipline.

An Elo-style skill rating tuned for shooting sports. Proving Grounds time-plus, USPSA hit-factor, IDPA, Steel Challenge, PRS points-down — each is a first-class discipline with its own Core Score, so a 92% at a PG match never gets diluted by a club USPSA.

  • Head-to-head scoring inside your division — beat higher-rated shooters, gain more.
  • K-factor scales by match level (club 16 → international 40) and field size.
  • Provisional for your first 5 matches, then locked into the national board.
  • Private profiles still rank — just shown as an anonymous handle.

01
First-class for every discipline

Proving Grounds, USPSA, IDPA, Steel Challenge and PRS each get their own Core Score. No 'Custom' bucket — your PG number stands on its own, ranked against other PG shooters.

02
Get matched with your level

Squads, side-by-side comparisons and head-to-head deltas are calibrated against shooters in your range, not the whole field.

Built with respect

We honor those who served.
On the range and beyond.

Many of the disciplines we run — USPSA, IDPA, Multi-Gun — owe their craft to military and law enforcement marksmen. Core Stage exists to support the community that built competitive shooting, and the veterans who keep showing up to compete every weekend.

  • 2% of our gross income donated to veteran causes

Every entry processed on Core Stage helps fund organizations supporting veterans and their families. Tracked, reported, and posted publicly each year.

The future of match management is one tap away.
