Core Stage charges 10% of the match entry fee plus $0.50 per paid shooter. It covers registration, payment processing, refunds, waitlists, and payouts — everything you'd otherwise patch together with PayPal, Venmo, and a spreadsheet. Most match directors pass it through as a convenience fee at checkout, where it appears as a separate line item so shooters see exactly what they're paying.
No. The processing fee only applies to paid entries. Free matches, training days, and zero-entry events run at no cost to the organizer.
